Prior to surgery you will meet your surgeon for a consultation to review your medical history, complete a physical exam that includes bloodwork, have photographs taken and discuss the outcome you wish to achieve through surgery. The common brow lift techniques used are coronal brow lift, an incision behind the hairline, or hairline brow lift, an incision between the top of the forehead and the beginning of the hairline.

You will be provided post-surgery care recommendations and medications. Depending on your surgery, your forehead might be wrapped to minimize swelling and sun exposure. Bandages will be removed in one-to-three days and your sutures within seven-to-ten days.

Results

The results of your brow lift surgery are immediately visible giving your eyes and overall face a more youthful appearance. Post-surgical swelling and incision lines will fade revealing final results over the next few months.
